Things you can do yourself right now
- Delete your account and its data, disconnect Meta or Google Ads, or remove Promotr’s access at Meta or Google — see Delete your data.
- Read what Promotr collects and who processes it in the privacy policy.
If you applied for early access
Early-access applications are not open yet. Applying creates no Promotr account, so the controls above do not reach an application.
To correct or delete an application, or to stop email news, write to the support address above. Promotr deletes or corrects an application only after a reply from the address it was made with; a request to stop email news needs no reply. How applications are kept and for how long is in the privacy policy’s early-access section.
